Jonathan Deeks is Partner & Country Director DAMSON Group (United Kingdom). Jonathan has been the Vice President of Nasdaq London, and CEO of BWise at Nasdaq UK. He is an accomplished senior executive experienced in Start Up, Scale Up, Growth and M & A and accustomed to performing in highly visible key positions where the development of strategy and the successful execution of strategy is paramount. Jonathan has a proven record of accomplishment in expanding global network connections, introducing products, educating clients, implementing business strategies, territory development, and revealing customer need to deliver solutions. He drives organisations to substantial revenue gains by establishing performance goals, initiating cost containment processes, keeping an eye on details, providing hands-on training, and motivating personnel.

Jonahan is renowned for leading businesses through times of start up, change, and growth within challenging, competitive, and volatile markets. He has a great ability to determine business needs and strategic goals, streamline existing operations, envision new concepts, and follow through with development, direction, and accomplishment.

As Vice President Nasdaq & CEO of BWise, Jonathan was recruited to transform Nasdaq's loss making $60M subsidiary organisation, BWise (A SaaS and consultancy business in the Reg Tech industry located in the UK, France, DACH, Benelux, Australia, Asia and USA), that they had acquired in 2012. Jonathan restructured the organisation and developed a regional strategy and business plan for growth and greater profitability, established a robust / accurate order intake / revenue / cost forecasting process through the digitisation of our pre and post sales processes, developed a Product, Innovation and Global Standards Group and established a robust and focused product road map with a structured review process, re-structured the R & D function into a 'scrum team format' for greater efficiency and focus and introduced a Product P & L approach, re-structured the Professional Services (Consultancy) function to align to the Regional commercial focus, introduced a P & L focus + Billable hours incentive, introduced project management reporting tools, established KPI's to support and improve the governance of both our customer contract performance and internal Nasdaq BWise operational execution, and developed a business cohesiveness within a matrix organisation and established a collective bottom up business performance driven mentality.

Before Nasdaq, Jonathan served as Managed Services - General Manager (Iberica/Benelux/Nordics/SAF/Middle East/Russia/Turkey/CE) at Lexmark International, Inc. Earlier he was EMEA Business Operations Manager, and UK Business Unit Director at Lexmark. Jonathan also served Williams Lea Group Limited as Divisional Director.
